Was recently gifted some boudin from Billys Boudin & Cracklins in Scott, LA and they went on the grill tonight. Original & Crawfish.

I love my GrillGrates. I had a set custom cut to fully replace my grates on my Sunmerset gas grill. Game changer!

You hope so.

I also had a set custom cut for my grill and it completely changed the way it cooked, for the better.

Great Grillin, T-Tobe - - - :chef:  :salut: :texas:

My oldest Son brought me a box of Boudin from "Best Stop" on his way back from the Cigar Box Guitar Convention and I think I'll grill some of those like you did

Well, I decided to try ONE link of the Boudin that my Son brought me AND HE WANTED ME TO TRY IT DIFFERENTLY THE FIRST TIME. :dont:  SO I DID and it was good - - - what he told me to do was to take the filling from the casing and then press it flat in a Skillet and fry it. He also told me to put some butter or oil in the skillet to fry it in HOWEVER, I chose not to use the Butter or Oil and just milk the casing and fry it. I"m still gonna grill some over some Kingsford but this was just a last minute whim and "it worked"

I took a picture but my phone is new and I can't figure out how to put it here :dont: :whiteflag: :banghead:

Yes sir - it's good that way. I use to make my own boudin and we'd have it that way often. Good groceries no matter how you do it. :D

I am assuming you are looking for your phone on the computer?
right click on the windows start icon, then click on ,file explorer, (assuming your phone is connected and logged in) you should be able to see it in the left pane and navigate to the pictures through a few menus.
Hope this helps
