Ok gonna highjac...
After realtors telling me I had to get rid of the BBQ instruments, cause they were detracting from the salability of the house, and me getting tired of not being able to cook much..
Went to lowes and bought a new weber kettle like the old one I had to give away(20 years old or more maybe) just missed the throwdown, now sprinkling clucker dust on the yard bird and starting to cook again, I might even get a few pictures up in the near future. The wife is still bent on moving to Al where the kids are, but she is realizing the sale may take longer than anticipated when we started the journey, isn't retirement just wonderful? :angryfire:
Yall have a good day!!

If some bbq instruments detract from the salability of a home, that realtor needs to find some better suited buyers. I mean, this is TEXAS :texas: Grill & BBQ on, my brother! :P

Wife, I and several family members used the same realtor for years. She is a literal PIA. Sold the MIL house after her passing. Realtor HAD to pick any and all finishes. Paint color, flooring, lighting you name it she rode ruff shot over it all. Come to find out she had the house sold and we were customizing the house to the new owner’s taste. We have not done business with her since and never will. Just seemed a little underhanded in ways.
A realtor telling me how to live in my own home?,time for a new realtor plain and simple for me.
Anytime they “request” such things, they are just trying to make their job easier.
