Grilled up some tablitas and made up some elote for a quick meal tonight. Hit da spot! :texas:

I don’t know what that is but it looks like pork fingers and cream corn?

Tablitas are marinated cross cut beef ribs. You can find them at most Mexican grocery stores. I got these at La Michoacána. I cheated on the elote and just used a store bought seasoning with sweet corn, butter & sour cream. There are a million different variations of elote. Google will overwhelm you with different recipes with sour cream, mayo, lime juice, etc....

I’ve had them from La Michoacána. Pretty tasty and yers look good!
