Jerk chicken

Postby Copasspupil » Mon Mar 27, 2023 11:59 pm

I went to world market to look for the good stuff for my 4 day tour at the station. Saturday I pulled out some chicken thighs to make a jerk chicken then my crews go out on three trips. I didn't make the Jamaican jerk dinner. Noon today I looked at my division chief and said want some jerk chicken for lunch. Oh yeah he said and came up with these. Never had Walkerswood before but I liked it a lot. Enough heat and good flavor.

That looks great, I wish I could make jerk chicken. My wife cannot handle that much spice.
