Pork Belly Burnt Ends VIA Pellet Pooper
I picked up some Pork Belly Strips the other day and they are now in the Pit Boss Pellet Grill Gathering Hickory Smoke and Heat with lots of Suckle Busters Sweet Seasonings on them.
they've been in the Pellet Smoke/Heat for an Hour
I.T. is around 157 so they'll probably spend at least another hour
getting color and tenderness.

Man, that’s beautiful and I’ll bet delicious. The beans look good too even if they came out of a can. Nice color on all, Good Job

I have cured bacon then smoked it prior to frying...
but have never smoked it before, and I know pork fat rules....
that meal looks fantastic. Gotta try that as soon as I get a handle on this retirement thing,
I have to say it seems worse than when I was working, trying to sell the house (giving up for a while) cleaning out the house, give away, sell, throw away all that "stuff" we just had to have.. Need I say more?
Not to highjac...
