the time for Steak was "awolago"

Postby OldUsedParts » Mon May 08, 2023 2:52 pm

I let myself get real hungry for a good Center Cut Tenderloin and then I Grill one - - - simple sides today were a "twice baked" small white tater and a simple salad consisting of Romane, Celery, Okra, PIckled Maters and Sweet Own-Yawns with a "new creation" of Dressing to be seen below.

Small White Tater for twice baking - - I didn't know ?if? the peel would stay together for this but it did just fine

I used these two ingredients for the "new" salad dressing and I'll definitely be doing it again

Mighty fine looking meal OUP!!!
I will have to give the chipotle sauce a try.

I think you'll like it - - - another thing that we do with that Chipotle Sauce is to put out some Cream Cheese and after it softens some, drizzle it with the Chipotle Sauce. Then take some crackers of your choice and use them for dipping into the cream cheese and sauce - - - WHOOWIE, it is habit forming as well !
