Grilled Chicken Thighs (BLSL)

Postby cowboydon » Fri May 12, 2023 9:54 am

Grilled up some BLSL Chicken Thighs, dusted with SuckleBusters Texas Pecan BBQ Rub and a piece of pecan for smoke flavor on the kettle. Assigned my
boy Bruno the Wonder Dog to run pit security and he did excellent for his first time (other than chasing squirrels, he was focused) . Made some very basic tasty
tacos for dinner using the thighs and some sweet and sassy sauce.
Thanks for looking .. Have a great day

Nice twist on tacos Don they look delicious!!! I will have to try this for sure.
I love boneless thighs for tacos but usually opt for Fiesta fajita seasoning then the pinto bean seasoning.
Always remember slow and steady wins the race.
