Grilled Pork Ribeye Chops

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Nov 08, 2023 5:24 pm

Today was the First Time for me to Charcoal Grill a Ribeye Pork Chop and I was very pleased at the Results.
My Seasoning was good old Suckle Busters "Sugar Daddy" and it hit the spot. I didn't use any Sauce "except"
I had some Suckle Busters Chipotle Sauce for very light dipping when desired.
Bush Original Beans and Corn "off the cob" mad for some good Sides also.
8 min per side over some Hot Charcoal - - - but you have to watch for flame ups - - - - especially with the great Marbling that three of these had.

nice plate, pork is one of those meats that my mother cooked to shoe leather when I was younger, and has taken years for me to overcome and learn to cook without over cooking. Yours look great

I definitely prefer charcoal or live fire chops, but I've gotten lazy and don't roll my Gator Pit out of the shop very often anymore. Your's look great!
20" x 40" Party Gator Pit
Custom Mobile Stick Burner
Summerset TRL 32" Built-In Grill
Weber Q2200
48" Custom Firepit
Bertello Pizza Oven

I can't always please everybody. I'm not bacon.
