Lamb Chops

I've been wanting lamb chops for a while now. It was gorgeous weather here today, so I pulled the trigger.

They're marinaded in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse and cooked hot and fast on the BGE with some mesquite chips for smoke.

Mama is making mashed potatoes and a veggie to go with these tonight. Gonna be a good dinner. :D

No knives and forks needed!
I bought some last weekend at Sam’s and threw in the freezer. Hope mine turn out as good as yours.
