HOWEVER, I didn't half it like I had planned and I have no regrets. :cheers: :chef:
The Marbling and Thickness is what caught my eye and SuckleBusters Campfire Steak Seasoning and Espresso took care of the rest of the Taste. :salut: :cheers: :texas:
The Sides were a Loaded Twice Baked Tater and some Air Fried Sugar Snap Peas seasoned with SuckleBusters SPG
