Dang, I don’t do good with just one photo, one subject, with a piece of paper in the pic :dont:

I’ve tried on a couple cooks, not throwdown worthy :roll:

We got 3 weeks folks.

my problem also, did a rib in pork roast, the problem was it was eaten before I could get a picture of it, and the picture I took was not one off... :scratch:

Would sure love to participate, but my pit is not finished. I am headed back to San Antonio on the weekend of the 18th of Feb to finish it and the trailer. Will be pulling it back down to Tampa, then the fun begins. Will be cookin my bootie off? Show these Floridians what TX BBQ is all about!! Can't wait. Will post pics of the finished product. Once it is back to my house, I plan on doing a patina finish on it, Old School! Hope everyone has a great couple of weeks! Go Chiefs!

Hey y'all! Don't forget, you can submit your entry any time between now and the Super Bowl. It doesn't have to be a cook specifically done for the Super Bowl.

Hopefully that'll make it a little easier.
