Re: TBBQF THROWDOWN SERIES - SEAFOOD CHALLENGE
Y'all, with everyone's current situation, I am considering extending the deadline for this entry by 2 weeks to give everyone some more time to procure their items if they need to.
I want to make sure everyone who wants in has an opportunity.
Thoughts?

Well then you'd better send it in before it starts growing hair again

I scraped all that off. Got my traps set again and was hoping for a bigger one

Guys- TX 1911, aka The Counselor, is requesting your opinions PLEASE. Continue with the Throwdown schedule as is or extend phase one a couple of weeks?

I am already turned in. But you can go ahead and get yours turned in first chance you get.
On a more serious note, I don't know the answer to that. I had already had seafood in the freezer, and i am not sure how available it is right now if someone wanted to go buy something. I am fine either way.

Counselor - I haven’t had a chance. I really do hope to get a seafood cook in at some point. Things have been crazy lately as I know they have been for everybody. The extension might allow me to get an entry in.
I’ll defer to what the majority wants though and if they opt not to extend I will still gladly participate through voting.
As always. Thank you for putting this together.

I, too, would appreciate an extension. I will get something done without it, but maybe not what I had planned. Gonna have fun with it either way!

I am good either way but if anyone needs an extension, I would vote to extend.

Re: TBBQF THROWDOWN SERIES - SEAFOOD CHALLENGE
Was planning on cooking Saturday but if an extension is warranted, then by all means extend the deadline.
On another note after Norway Joe's Honorary Redneck award I'll be throwing in a custom Texas size coaster to each of the 1st place winners.
Have no current pics, except for Joe's, which I'd prefer to hold on to until he receives it. But each will themed to each Throwdown protein.
I'll put no limits on the number you can win. So if someone can sweep the series they'd have the full set. It will be one each seafood, pork, beef, chicken and the champion of the series.
Good luck and good cooking to all.

Re: TBBQF THROWDOWN SERIES - SEAFOOD CHALLENGE
My goal is as much participation as possible, so I am going to extend the deadline until April 26. Entries can still be submitted now. If you have already submitted an entry and would like to replace it, send an email and let me know, along with the new entry. And. Huge THANK YOU to GTR for his contribution to the prize pack!!!
