My entry in throw down nbr. 3

Ending up in a tied 1 place was awesome. I didn't think my chances was high, competing with seasoned Texan bbq'ers. Very cool.
I didn't take many pictures during the cook. Was so focused on the finished dish that I forgot pictures.
I made the entry nbr. 2.
What I made:
A couple of baby backs which I rubbed with SB hogwaller honey. Smoked, wrapped in foil with honey, brown sugar and apple juice. Last hour without foil. Glazed with the SB honey bbq glaze.
To the upper right I made some armadillo eggs. Ground pork around a jalapeno filled with a spicy cream cheese. All wrapped in bacon.
Down right is the pig shots. Sliced some smoked sausages from pork. You can see the sausage in the couple in the picture that I intentionally turned upside down. Wrapped a half slice of bacon around it. Locked it with a dental stick. Filled them with cream cheese mixed with chopped jalapenos and SB Pecan. Drizzled a little pecan rub on top for color. Never made these or the armadillo eggs before. The pig shots will be a new favorite here.
We had twice baked potatoes and coleslaw as sides but since sides aren't a part of the competition it was left out of the picture.
All smoked on the Smokefire.
Thanks to TX1911 for holding these throwdowns. I enjoy and appreciate the efforts everyone puts in it.
