What happened to all the North Texas cookoffs? There's like two scheduled for the entire year.

Might check the website for the new barbecue organization, Outlaw BBQ Association. I think they have a number of cooks up here. Memory serves, they split off from the ICBA. That may be a little controversial, I don’t know personally, just reporting the facts as I heard them. I know they are sponsoring numerous cooks around the Dallas area including McKinney and Ennis this year.
