Have y'all ever considered sanctioning this event with IBCA?
I am a regional director IBCA and would be glad to talk to you about it.
My number is 409-673-3884
I am available at noon and 5 in the evenings.
Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

My Hybrid cooker.
Competition trailer #2.

Thanks for posting. Me and a bud just contacted Linda by email. We want to enter a team each. We have a friendly rivalry we want done at your bbq comp.

Couple questions your forms don’t state. Can you answer for me. 1 pellet grills allowed? 2 how are judges chosen? Pre-chosen or from the crowd during event? 3. Grand champion is only meats?
