This is a money added competition with a $3,500 guaranteed payout, and an Outlaw Barbecue Association sanctioned event. Downtown Ennis across the street from the Chamber.

Boots, how did things go for ya'll over the weekend?

Wish I had seen this earlier - would stop by your camp for a visit. Outlaw seems to be a good body from the cooks I have visited with lately. Hope yall walked a hole in your boots at awards.

We finished in top third of the pack but out of the money, but like always had fun. Extremely well run cook, and the Outlaw folks were pros. 25 teams showed up, pretty good for a first time cook!
