1lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 jar of taco sauce
1pkg. of Doritos
3 c. grated cheese
1 can of Ro-tel tomatoes
Brown beef, onion, and pepper. Drain well. Add soups and sauce. Break up Doritos in a 9x13 oblong baking dish. Use half of mixture and repeat. Doritos and meat layer. Top with grated cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350.

This looks great, but I had a question about the taco sauce. Is it in the store as "taco sauce", or are you thinking salsa? Do you have a brand name you tend to like?
