I’ve been baking wings over the last few years and have been getting great results.
Spiced (heavily) flour, oiled tinfoil in a baking pan, bake at 450 for 30 mins. Pull em, make sure they’re not burning, baste with the accumulated oil and hit em with a lil more of the spiced flour that you’ve wisely reserved. Turn em once and dust the other side, bake for a few, turn em again.
Get em crisp: beautiful!
Try the exact same method with bone in, skin on thighs. I think ya might dig it.
It’s just as much work to do thighs as wings, but ya get juicier chicken and more meat.
Let me know what ya think.
Cheers, guys!

Re: Wings vs thighs
Ed cards on the table, thighs all the way. Just me, but just can’t think of wings as food. But thighs on the table? I can get rowdy.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
