It's wangs night for us! Started with a few pounds of wing drummets. Brined them, seasoned them with my chicken rub, smoked them over apple wood for about an hour then finished em off in the fryer. Tossed em in Hooters 3 Mile Island extra hot sauce.
Cooked a nekkid batch and a breaded batch.
They were really good!!

Nice! I saw a video somewhere that had some grilled wings coated mostly with baking soda.. Anything you've heard of?
