I Love This Time Of The Year

Fresh off the boat. I meet some friends at Topwater Grill in San Leon, Tx. every Monday for lunch and it's time to get back to eating oyster's and a cup of gumbo.

Mouth is watering, Neighbor, and oh how I wish I could still eat those fresh tasty things. Off the boat is the best way and I know you enjoyed that plate. :wav:

Willie, you are my hero. Always a proper post from you. Great food, and a ice cold Lone Star. A thing of beauty this post is. And look at that little tub of horseradish waiting to jump in that tub of cocktail sauce. Beautiful.

Oh my God, these are my beloved. Sometimes we go fishing with the whole family, and there we catch such oysters. on such boat trips, I will certainly take care of the safety of children on the water. In this case, I can advise toddler swim diaper .

OH...golly.. these look ñ are amazing fixed anyway. Holidays definitely remind ñ give us time to SHARE ñ enjoy these goodies with friends ñ family.

A lot of people have no idea what their missing!

Love the cherry oysters ñ the larger ones made Oyster Rockerfellower Style ~ with chopped spinach cooked bacon - onion - garlic - Veletta cheese - lemon juice - a touch of Worcestershire sauce all mixed together ñ topped with grated cheese on top of the larger oysters - baked till bubbling crusty oysters curl ñ baked thru!

Anyone try grilling them this way? I just never grilled nor smoked them... I've baked them.
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
