SPICY DIP Easy Hj's

For corn chips or hot dogs or fries

In a skillet or pan fry - drain grease.
1 lb. gr meat lean chop fine ñ brown ñ turn off heat. I USE ½ lean ñ ½ 80/20. or
¾ gr. chicken ñ ¼ gr. beef
Add all in pan or large skillet~

1) 15 oz. Tamale's in Beef Chile Sauce Hormel
Remove paper ñ all the juice from paper into the skillet ñ any juices left in the can. Mash tamales so fine U can't see any of the Tamales with the meat - turn heat back on medium ñ
Add all ñ stir till well blended
2 to 3 Tbsps. Chile powder Gerbhert's
¾ onion medium dice very fine
½ can whole black olives drain ñ chop
¼ tsp. gr. Allspice
⅛ tsp. gr. cloves optional
¾ tsp. Mexican orgeano powder
1 tsp. garlic granular
½ to 1 tsp. cumin powder UR taste

Mix ñ cook well ñ salt ñ pepper to taste.
NOW add-
Add Mexican Blend shredded cheese or Coby Jack as much as U want ñ let it melt in ñ stir ñ top with small diced gr. onions ñ some stems.

SERVE as a corn chip dip or over hot dogs in a warm steamed bun with raw chopped onion to top ñ a Clausen kisher dill sliced pickle on the side or over French fries.

Can use both of ~ lots black pepper ñ little ancho pepper. Enjoy
A mistake is sometimes a great creation

Dang this sounds good HJ, gonna have to try it.
Unusual use of the canned tamales but it sounds like a winner.
