BBQ Beans

Postby bigdaddydanbbq » Wed Oct 14, 2009 12:59 pm

The weather in Texas has been rainy and cool so I had an urge to cook some beans in ma's crock pot. After a couple of shiners, the light bulb went off, and i remembered we had some left over ribs. After I trimmed all the goody of them bones,I threw the meat in my beans, added some onion, and cilantro. The next day I couldn't keep the family out of them. We like them best with tortilla chips and a little Joe T Garcias hot sauce on the side. :texas:

I put cilantro in black beans - makes a difference.
