Sweet roll - school bun

Wife baked some sweet rolls today from yeasted dough. Filled with custard and topped with icing. They are also usually dipped in grated coconut but we were out of that.
Tastes great and my favorite yeast dough stuff.
It got its name school bun after the WW2 because this is what they started to make in the school kitchen. Most children needed more calories and this absolutely gives you energy.
