10-4, Pardnah, I can't imagine what he would say if he could see what Portland and some of those Cities are going thru at this time. He was a great friend, member and Pitmaster. R.I.P. Wild Bill :salut:

I watch CNN and saw and see everyday the state of your country. The worlds gone mad. Millenials drive me nuts. People growing up and can't define if they are male, female or a toaster. Rant over.

Touchy Subject, Pardnah, but true - - - I almost hesitated to post it on your comment about Bondo "wild Bill"
I called him Wild Bill from the beginning after seeing his skill on the pit and smoker. :salut:

Russ I spent an hour on the computer on Friday for work related education on this subject. Honestly, the person had enormous hands but no Adam’s apple. The guy behind me said what is that!

I don't know if a recipe is still needed but this is what we do:

1 cabbage
2 carrots
1 tbsp of cumin.

Cut the veggies and mix in a bowl together with the cumin.

Combine the following and bring to a boil:

2,5 dl. Apple cider vinegar
1,25 dl water
1,25 dl soya sauce
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp dijon mustard.

After boiling pour the hot liquid over the veggies and let it sit for at least half an hour.

Cool and drain the liquid. Add 4 dl of Hellmann's mayonnaise and place it cold for another half an hour.

Thanks, Joe, if I get brave enuff to try to make it again, I will try this one if I can find the ingredients. HEB has a Cole Slaw Kit with the sauce in a separate envelope that I really like so I've been lazy since I asked for the Recipe. :chef: :salut:
