Apparently I’m cooking for one. They fam has gone on their no meat kick again so I get to eat what I want. First up for offering to the BBQ brotherhood is pork steak. I’m looking for suggestions. I just picked up the Perry Steahouse pork rub I could try or something else.

Pork Steak is fantastic but if you cook it one minute too long it will be dry and tough

I prefer Pork Chops Stuffed and there are many variations of stuffing that you can go with. As for MOI I prefer a seafood stuffing. I'll see if I can find the recipe that I like. Couldn't find the recipe but YouTube has a couple of seafood stuffed recipes and also cappopolla stuffed also.

I love pork steaks. Cook over coals so you get the drip effect. Not a big fire though. Don’t want it to cook too quick or overcook as Rambo mentioned

I with Rambo on the fried pork chops... if I grill them, then lemon pepper and make double sure to keep them on the medium rare side....
