Mop Sauce ; Dunking Sauce
I am looking for a good tasting mop sauce that can be used as a thin bbq sauce to dunk the meat in with the fork. Don't want a thick sauce or a real sweet sauce. Looking for thin and a little tangy with heat. Thanks for any recipes you are will to share.

Are you thinking of any particular meat or just in general ????? I'm not sure that a "one fits all" Sauce is possible???????????????????
I got some Chicken Diablos at Phil's Roadhouse today and they had a Dark Chipotle Glaze/Dipping Sauce that is awesome but that's on bacon wrapped and grilled chicken ?????

Dunno what exactly you plan on dunkin', but as far as store bought mop sauces go I'll suggest this one that I've used as a mop for brisket and worked well for me.
