Question on Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

Postby Smoking Piney » Thu Nov 19, 2020 7:24 pm

I expanded my SB horizons and ordered some Jerk seasoning.

Question - Does to entire 4 OZ pack go into the mix posted on the package?

I like heat, but I don't want to go full nuclear.

Jerk Chicken is good, MON - - - if I were you, I'd just add the heat until it was the temp I wanted. :dont:

It's made to be HOT, not melt your face off, but HOT. Like a 7 on a scale of 1 - 10.

Scotch Bonnett peppers - wowsers.
