Used my new jug of Lemon Pepper Garlic Seasoning on some Tilapia Filets and they turned out great.
Did them in the Oven Broiler coated with butter and seasoning for 9 min - - the Wiffy liked them also.

I love that stuff

Have you used it on anything other than Fish

I use it on chicken for grilled chicken caesars salad. Pretty darn good.

We often have a slice of bread topped with a thin slice of roast beef. Drizzle a little lemon, garlic, pepper on top together with a stripe of mayonnaise. Very good

Boiled pasta with a little butter coating and a dash or two of LPG.... Good Stuff right there.

I thought we were talking healthy cooking for your bride? I would think it would be better with some garlic white wine sauce over some pasta with some lemon zest.
