All in all, we liked it! Even my 10yr daughter was eating chip after chip with the salsa, but then again she can put away several ABTs in a sitting too. The heat level was just about perfect for us. I didn't notice an over abundance of garlic as some reported. If anything, I might have liked more, but I REALLY like garlic.

We thought is was a nice melody of flavors that blend well with each other and a very convenient way to produce a good "fresh" salsa. I agree with another post that cilantro would be a great addition. My wife did comment that she would like a bit more liquid in the salsa.

I decided to knock the chunks down a bit in the food processor. To add a bit more "juice" I added a bit of Bloody Mary Mix and the juice of 1/2 lime. Now it's just about a perfect salsa! I'll be munching on it all night... Should go great with a nice cold beer!

This is a product that I will definitely purchase when it hits the market! Also very interested to see if Gator makes any changes to the mix.

Thanks Gator! Great Product!
