3 Critter Chili with Carbs

Postby OldUsedParts » Tue Dec 10, 2019 9:21 am

Cool Fronts is Rollin in so Chili was a "No Brainer" which is what I do best :laughing7: Beef, Buffalo and Babe (ie Beef, Bison and Pork). I almost left the Beans outa this one after I tasted it prior to adding them, but the Wiffy likes Pintos in her Chili. "Happy Wife Happy Life"

While Browning the 3 meats the only one that gave me any sweat down fat was the Beef
and even then it was very little so I sautéed the Own-Yawns in it and put "everything" in the Pot.

All I know, Pardnah, is that Bison Steaks and Ground Meat are readily available at HEB and I'm pretty sure that they are raised just like Beeves. It sure is a lean, tasty and very red product similar to Venison for me that is. I have known several Ranchers that had some on their Land with the Cows but I never bothered to ask them about them. :salut: :dont:
