Almost mid Texas :laughing7:

Normally I'd consider Chili winterfood, but it's tasting so good that we wanted some.

The kit from Sucklebusters is great. Easy and tasty. Way above what's available here.

Cool. How does bison taste?

I buy it packaged by the pound at HEB and I really like it. To me it just tastes like good ground Beef. :dont:

OOPS those are Purple Onions
No problem, it was my silliness that did it.
I called the order in and went to pick it up.
Takes about 15 to 20 minutes round trip.
No Lompe this time but that's a good idea for next time.
Those are Guerrero White Corn Tortillas that Chili Farmer turned me onto several years ago. May He Rest In Peace :salut:

Thanks.

As I've said before, the chili we get here is some quasi stuff. They always put in some corn, carrots and other things. Hardly any chili taste and no taste.

They even put beans in it!
