A great time to make some Texas brisket chili. Even have some Gerbhardts chili powder to throw in it. Started at 7am and letting it simmer until we eat at 5pm. It's pretty tasty honestly. I don't it will last long in the house.

It warmed the belly but my wife stated that she could have done without the under the bedsheet music coming from me while I slept. Surprisingly, I never noticed a thing until I woke up.
