Sounds mighty fine Mark. There is a store near Lafayette (Nunu’s) that makes some unusual sausages and other items like stuffed mushrooms, ribeye burgers, etc. it’s really a small meat market that also sells groceries. :D

We picked a few up items last week. One was ribeye sausage - too dry in my opinion.

We have had their chicken sausage and Steen sausage (pork sausage with Steen cane syrup) which we like. Their boudain is real good as well as their crawfish boudain.
