My Youngest Son's Axis Sausage

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Jun 01, 2022 10:30 am

Bo, went to Ozona last weekend and harvested an Axis Deer. He processed it when he got home and just now tried his first batch of Summer Sausage Links ala Pit Boss. He said that it tasted real good but was a little spicy but still "tolerable" !

Agreed. Really nice job in the sausage. That's the next item I really want to play with this fall and winter
