PH testers. Anyone have one they like?

I found the appropriate Italian Calabrian pepper paste for the Calabrian sausage, soppressata and Calabrian pepperoni I now plan on making but I need to buy a Food PH tester as well. I will be starting in the fall to get a cooler temperature for the soppresata to hang.

Thanks for reply but I bought an Apera model on Amazon. I wish I would have known as I'm fond of ThermoWorks products.
