Griddle Cook'in
Halibut seasoned with Chef Paul Prudhomme Seafood Seasoning and shrimp seasoned with Chef Paul Prudhomme Shrimp Seasoning, then cooked in garlic butter. Served it over white rice, topped with alfredo sauce and grated parmesan cheese. Tonight the leftovers will go over fettuccine or I'll be making fish and shrimp taco's.
