Big Easy Texas Pecan Ham

Postby woodenvisions » Wed Apr 08, 2020 8:48 pm

My wife brought home a free ham a few nights ago and my plan was to try to fit it on the Smokey Joe but it was like trying to camouflage White Castle Slider Farts....it's just Impossible
So anyways, I scored it up like i usually do and hit it with some Spicy Brown Mustard. Applied a good amount of Texas Pecan and in the Big Easy it went.
I also sprayed it down often with some Tropical Punch for a nice dark crust and added sweetness.
Our son will be responsible for most of the consumption here, he Loves Ham.

That’s a good looking ham.

Now about those sliders and their aftermath …
