Woke up to snow and a white garden today. Figured what to do and browsed the net for some bbq recipes. Found this Whiskey bbq sauce that I wanted to try.
Looks great and I will try it on some burgers later today.

Re: Whiskey bbq sauce
I think you will like it Joe.
I make it pretty often using Fireball.
Goes great on Thighs and Wings and even on Ribs.
Pretty funny you posted this today as I've got Ribs lined up for a BlackBerry Brandy Bath later tonight.
Let us know how you like them. Not sure how ur gonna do it with ur recipe, but I've found basting the last 20 minutes gives a nice caramelization and color.

Looks great, especially the snow pic
Do you have more of them? As you know, I love the snow.
Here it is finished already and the pool has 27 degrees.

Thanks. I too love the snow, but not at this time of the year. I look forward to opening the pool but must wait a week or two.daBertl wrote:Looks great, especially the snow pic

Everything looks great. Best part about the snow is it’s just in the picture

Re: Whiskey bbq sauce
Is there a recipe you follow?
Just picked up 3 racks of ribs today to cook tomorrow and I’m pretty sure I have the ingredients in your picture on hand.

Used it on a few steaks tonight and on a few hotdogs for lunch. Tasted great.
Usually I use SB honey bbq sauce or SB chipotle sauce. This was nice variation.
Let us know what you think if you make it.
