More tacos

Postby Norway Joe » Fri May 22, 2020 12:06 pm

As usual Friday is taco day all over Norway and we are no different.

Put up a little box a few weeks ago where we grow some herbs and veggies. Harvested a little coriander and a few cherry tomatoes.

Taco is the usual stuff. In taco boats, of course. :laughing7:

Listened to one of our greatest artist while cooking. He sadly passed away a few months ago.
He's name was Jahn Teigen. Album: cheek to cheek. Singing duets with his wife. One if his best albums imo.

If you're interested you can find it on spotify. Lyrics in English. Great songs are: Friendly, sound of love, cheek to cheek, never say never.

I think it might have been Oscar Wilde that said "Imitation is the most sincere for of Flattery" - - - no matter who said it - - I'm fixing Tacos in a little while. :salut:

No Hi-Jack intended but just to show Y'all that I wasn't kidding.
The Scary part is that I thought the Taco meat in the Frig was less than a week old and even tho I chunked the Pico I used the Taco Meat today that was fixed on the 5th - - - - Oh Well, time will tell I guess.

Go ahead Parts. I really hope the meat from the 5th won't cause you any problems. Looks good though.

Looks like my CRS is attacking again because the Wiffy said that I made Tacos early this week. So I must not have posted anything like I normally do. Therefore the meat is less than a week in frig - - - WHEW :whiteflag:
