We had planned on going out to eat for the first time in a long time but their predicting rain is already here so I water panned a pound of Grounded Bison that I had picked up a while back. Also had some Suckle Busters Texas Chili Mix and proper additives to fix a small pot of Chili. After the Chili simmers for a while, I think I'll whoop up some chez tort sticks to go with this from some Guerrero White Corn Torts and HEB Queso Blanco to dip and enjoy while eating.

YIKES, those Rotels with Habeneros are just about to Caliente for this Hombre so I'll probably see if my Neighbor would like to have the Buffalo Chili. The Rotels are some that he picked up for us when this Virus hoarding first started and I'm just now getting around to using a can.

Habenero is too hot for me. I don’t know what kind of Cayenne I got at the feed store this year but we have tried to eat 3 of them and they’re fire on a stem

Re: Freezer Diving for Buffalo
One of my fears is that something real hot tends to give me the Hiccups real bad and I'm scared of some kind of reaction from the old "ticker" such as A-Fib/ETC.
One other thing about reaction to peppers that I have was really weird. For years I used Tabasco Pepper Sauce in all kinds of Cajun Foods without any problems at all until one day I had some in some Gumbo and I thought I was headed to the ER. Fortunately I figured out what the problem was and switched to something with a Cayenne Based Pepper. Bi-Valves snuck up on me like that also - - - BUMMER
