Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple/Plum Dipping Sauce
Pulled an old recipe out of the drawer tonight that I haven’t probably cooked in nearly 10 years. It’s a lot of work, but it sure is good. I made some homemade plum preserves this past weekend and that reminded me of this recipe for coconut shrimp with pineapple/plum dipping sauce. Oldie but a goodie!
