Welps, my Grandaughter's Feller is gonna get a 2# version of "Alligator Sauce Piquante" to take home with them after our Visit on Sunday. It's been quite a while since I've seen my "Peepie" and I'm excited. Did a couple of things slightly different with this batch and I"m anxious to see how that goes. :chef:  :salut: :texas:

Welps, it's done and the Wiffy loves it :!: She stole a bowl before I could get it vacuum sealed and in the Freezer so they can take it home when they leave Sunday.

Tweek: I used Tony's Cajun Injectable Butter to sautee with this time instead of regular butter/margarine.
Also used all of my Cajun Trinity that I fixed the other day. Like I said this was a big batch.
