Why don't you get a robot mower? We have one that does the job once or twice a week. It checks the weather and thereby calculate the growth and the need.

Re: Alligator Sauce Piquante - excuse the length
All I pay is $35 per Mow and they do a great job. Usually every other week or when he's in the Area. He never lets it get tall at all.

The piquante looks great OUP. I love to make chicken and sausage sauce piquante with okra and tomatoes as a side.

Yumm, KAM, I almost put some okra and maters in this right at the end but it tasted so good, I didn't.

that sounds interesting, the only problem is the dog would probably try to ride the mower...

Like most Households, it's never hard to see who is pretty much "running the show"

I should have mentioned that when I posted this. Here's is Tony's Recipe from the book but I don't use Garlic and I like to hand chop the Own-Yawns, Peppers and Celery. I also prefer to use Anaheim Peppers instead of Bell Peppers but this would be your call, OK?
We also call this the Cajun Trinity

P.S. sometimes I like to pre-cook (sautee) these but Sauce Piquante gets sooooo much Simmer time, it's not necessary IMHO.
