Constantly Forum Influenced and liking it

When WillieP posted those Seafood Patties the other day, it reminded me that I hadn't fixed any Salmon Croquettes(Patties) in quite a while so I did some today with fried Okra (wife), oven roasted Okra (mine) and Field Peas. We both really enjoyed all of it.

I haven't made any of those in quite some time, but they were a staple in our house growing up. :D
20" x 40" Party Gator Pit
Custom Mobile Stick Burner
Summerset TRL 32" Built-In Grill
Weber Q2200
48" Custom Firepit
Bertello Pizza Oven

I can't always please everybody. I'm not bacon.

Thanks Joe - - - the fact that one can get so creative with the items that they add really makes it "yours" when you fix them. :chef:  :salut:
