Neither of us are big on Italian Food because of Parmesan and a few other ingredients but this Lasagna that they called "Virginia's Easy Lasagna" is one that we like. I got the recipe off of a Skinner Sketti box years ago and I tweeked it a little. Don't use Parmesan, Ricotta or Parsley but pretty much all the other stuff and instructions are used plus Pepper Jack Chez, Suckle Busters Espresso Seasoning, chopped and sauteed Sweet Yeller Own-Yawn.

Thank Y'all, we really enjoy this one and ?except? for the Tomato Sauce and Lasagna Noodles, you'd swear it was a Tex-Mex Dish.

Looks great! I’ve always made meals using a concept then switching ingredients. As the Italian spokesperson, I salute your dish. I make a Mexican lasagna using flour tortillas and chicken tenders. I sub or cottage cheese for ricotta. Fry up jalapeños and throw on some Jack cheese

Looks good. We love lasagna and use a similar recipe.
Have you tried both cooked and uncooked noodles?
I have never tried using uncooked, just wondered how much difference there was in the final outcome.

No, Mike, I've thought about it but have never ventured out.
