I have one daughter that loves steamers.
I enjoyed making these for my daughter yesterday but we had a large number of closed clams that were really disappointing. I bought a smallest package but it was over 5 pounds worth. I’d say 2 pounds didn’t open so we ate just about 1,5 each between the two of us and surprisingly we even had some of the others get enough nerve to give it a try. They all had Alaskan cod with a pineapple salsa. For those that tried the clams it actually kind of shocked me.

Even tho my body can't tolerate them any longer for some reason, THEY STILL LOOK AWESOME TO ME !
That Cod and Pineapple Salsa sounds Larapin also.

Not a clam lover but that's a beautiful presentation. I'd gladly eat the fish and sides!

That old saying “Brave indeed was the first man to eat an oyster” applies to clams too but all good anyway. I’d eat that.
