Meatloaf with a touch of bacon…

Postby Copasspupil » Mon Jul 26, 2021 3:46 pm

I’m trying something new. BBQ meatloaf with jalapeño flavored basket weave wrapped bacon. Pork sausage, ground beef and pulled pork onions jalapeño and celery. It’s a little large for the bread loaf pan so we shall see how it turns out. A little bbq rub sprinkled on top and I’ll brush the sauce near the finish.

I suspect this thing is going to be real popular when it is finished.
