Protestant's Fish on Friday a la Mahi Mahi

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Jul 30, 2021 2:07 pm

Decided to use the Oven instead of braving the Heat outside ! :dont:
This tasted pretty good, especially the Veggies.
Next time I think I'll Blacken them over some Kingsford.

No; look in the Frozen Vegetables and see if you can find them. They’re brown; not those green ones

Thanks I’ll look for them. I just looked them up. Sounds like they’d be good with ham hock. Would it be illegal to add okra to it and make it a stew or soup?

What we call Pepper Sauce. Just fresh hot peppers, I use Cayennes, with a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. There’s probably something commercial you can buy

I love Pepper Sauce on Greens/ETC but have never tried it on Fish - - - - gotta give that a shot next time.
We make our own also.
