WAGYU STEW

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Aug 06, 2021 1:37 pm

Finally decided to thaw some of that Waygu Meat that I originally wanted to make into steaks but it was too tuff for steaks. So I decided to fix some Soup/Stew instead. Fixed a pan of Cornbread to go with it and everything turned out great. :chef:

Looks great, getting fired up for some stew with the temps dipping into the 50's the last few days, I found a cheat , the cubed hash browns work great in soups so going to try it in some stew soon.

Beef stew is great when the weather gets colder. Typically winter food for us. We call it "lapskaus".

With wagyu meet you have made a luxury version.
