Went fall tonight for the station dinner
Pork loin with a orange glaze on a bed of gala apples and some of those potatoes I did a couple of weeks ago. They were more like potato skins with bacon cheddar and some sour cream so worth the time. My partner for the next two shifts has not spoken a word so I think he likes it. Love thick chops as they are always juicy.

That chop and the others were every bit of 2.5” thick, juicy and tender. Iron skillet stove top to start and finish in the oven. Nothing better. No green either on the plate. I even tried not to add broccoli to the dish which I had a bag of it. Lol.

Well in your defense OUP I could see where that orange glaze would go well with a biscuit.
